Built during the Tawaravadee Period, Lop Buri Province is one of the oldest cities in Thailand. Tourist attractions in the province include Pa Sak Jolasid Dam, the longest earthen reservoir in Thailand, and Khao Wong Phrachan, considered the highest mountain of Lop Buri.
