      นายฮาว ริเร็น รองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท โทเทิ่ล แอ็คเซ็ส คอมมูนิเคชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือดีแทค กล่าวว่า “หลังจากดีแทค รีวอร์ด ได้เปิดตัว “ดีแทค รีวอร์ด coins” โปรแกรมสิทธิพิเศษเพิ่มเติมที่ให้ผู้ใช้บริการดีแทคได้สะสมเหรียญ coins เพื่อแลกของรางวัล สำหรับลูกค้าที่ทำธุรกรรมผ่านทางดีแทคแอป โดยเปิดตัวไปเมื่อปลายปีที่ผ่านมา ได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี  จำนวนครั้งที่ลูกค้าที่นำ coins มาแลกรับสิทธิพิเศษโตขึ้นกว่า 300% ทั้งนี้จากสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ในปี 2563 เป็นตัวเร่งผู้ใช้บริการสู่การใช้ดิจิทัล ทำให้ลูกค้าใช้งานดีแทคแอปเพิ่มขึ้นอีก 1.3 ล้านราย โดยมีผู้ใช้งานดีแทคแอป 60,000 รายต่อชั่วโมง และมีลูกค้ารับสิทธิพิเศษดีแทค รีวอร์ด ผ่านดีแทคแอปโตขึ้นเป็น 80% ของจำนวนการกดรับสิทธิพิเศษทั้งหมด ดีแทคจึงมุ่งเน้นที่จะพัฒนาสิทธิพิเศษจากดีแทค รีวอร์ด ในดีแทคแอป อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยตั้งเป้าหมายให้ดีแทค รีวอร์ดเข้าถึงกลุ่มลูกค้าดีแทค ระบบเติมเงินให้ได้รับสิทธิพิเศษกันอย่างทั่วถึงมากขึ้น ซึ่งปัจจุบันลูกค้าที่ใช้ coins มาแลกรับสิทธิพิเศษเป็นลูกค้าดีแทคระบบเติมเงินถึง 55% ”

      Celebrate the Chinese New Year with new food and drink deals from dtac Reward’s “Tam Jai Pak Every Friday”

      9 February 2021 – dtac Reward celebrates the anniversary of "Tam Jai Pak Every Friday” (Eat What You Want Every Friday) by giving away in-app Chinese New Year envelopes worth 10 million dtac Coins. All dtac subscribers will receive the red envelopes in the dtac app from 5-28 February. The Coins can be redeemed for discounts on GrabFood, free internet, and yummy deals every Friday from Dunkin' Donuts, After You, McDonald's, Family Mart, and more. The deals will start on 12 February for all dtac subscribers to take advantage of all month long.
